Well it turns out that it wasn't pneumonia or a blood clot, they did a CT scan on Thursday night with radioactive dye and found out that Grandma has a major cancerous mass in her lungs that has lymph node involvement and has spread though her body.
Grandma doesn't want to do anything to treat it and at 89 treatment would only reduce her quality of life and not really give her any quantity anyway. We are going to do our best to keep her comfortable and preserve her quality of life for as long as we can. Right now she is in the rehab facility, she still wants to believe that she can get well enough to come home, but Mom has already talked to hospice as well.
