Tonight my Mom didn't need to work (she is a nurse and works the 3-11 shift), so we had a family night tonight. Family night consist of dinner at home, playing cards, making Pina Coladas, and roasting marshmallows on the BBQ grill. We have a fire place, but it is gas with no chimney so Dad is afraid if the marshmallows drip we might have problems so we roast the on the grill. Oh well it was a fun night, and the Pina Coladas hit the spot. I have loved them since I was little drinking the virgin ones.
