Well this past year brought a lot of changes. I was laid off at the end of 2007, and at the beginning of 2008 I moved to Georgia after living in Florida for 20 years. This year also promises to bring some changes. In May of this year I will start school again to get my certification in Special Education. Hopefully, I will also get a paraprofessional job in the school system. I also hope to get back to Tampa to visit and to New Orleans to visit family there (but not the same time as Ness comes down here).
Grandma is still in the hospital. They are going to try to do surgery this weekend at some point, but a lot of that depends on what her pancreas is doing.

Steph, it sounds like you have a busy year ahead of you but I know you will accomplish everything you set your mind to. I didn't realize you lived in Florida for that long. I've never been to Florida. Keeping Grandma in my prayers.
